1892 Business High School Graduates
Transcriber’s Note: This was the first commencement exercise for Business High, graduating thirty-five students. The purpose of establishing Business High was two-fold. First, it relieved the pressure on Central High’s burgeoning population. Second, it created a course of study for those unable to take the longer courses. The list of names and program details were taken from the June 21, 1892, edition of the Washington Post (Washington, DC) at Page 2.
