1888 Miner Normal School Graduates

The Miner Normal School, sometimes referred to as the Colored Normal School, was headed by Dr. Lucy E. Moten for 37 years. She retired in 1920, and while traveling in New York, she was killed in an automobile crash on August 24, 1933.
