Webpage Submission Form
Webpage must show a relationship to Grant County, Kentucky. To create your webpage, submit your information using the form below. The webpage may be formatted two ways. It may focus on a particular ancestor/family or on a surname.Tailer your answers and choices accordingly. Note that all parts of the form do not need to be filled in. Do not submit trees or GEDComs, only naratives. View the sample pages for ideas how to format your webpage.
Instructions
- Part 1: Surname. Choose a surname to index your webpage. This will help others to find your information. You may choose a single surname such as "Smith" for a surname or single ancestor webpage or "Smith - Jones" for a family.
- Part 2: Webpage Title. Create a descriptive webpage title.
- Part 3: Family Background. Wrte a descriptive narrative describing your ancestor/family or surname's history. Each text-area will hold up to eight paragraphs each equal in size to a sample paragraph. Headers are optional.
- Part 4: Surnames. List the surname(s) you want to list that are appropriate to your webpage scope.
- Part 5: Ancestors. Optional. Use if focusing on a surname. List your direct ancestors by generation starting with the oldest and ending with the most current.
- Part 6: Family Group. Optional. Use if focusing on an ancestor or family.You may enter up to four families.
- Part 7: Contact Information. Required. Enter your contact information.
- Part 8: Submission. Submit your information. Contact me if you have problems with any part of the process.
