Surname Webpages
Surname registries offer little opportunity to give family, surname or ancestor information. A personal webpage would allow you to display a family photo and briefly tell your story. The more information you can give, the greater the chance that another researcher may find you. Here is how you create your personal webpage.
The process is simple.
Step One: Fill in the
form.
Sample webpages
1 and
2 are
available for ideas and to see how a typcial webpage will look. All
parts of the form do not need to be used. Fill in only the information
you want to see on your page.
Step Two: Check your input and submit the form.
Content will be used as is for your webpage. Once the form
is submitted, a thank you web page will be generated showing your
information. The information will be mailed to me and be used as the content for your webpage.
If you already have a webpage, use this opportunity to go into
more detail about your family, ancestor or surname and link to
your site.
Currently, images cannot be uploaded from this form. You must send them separately by e-mail.
Step Three: Check your webpage.
You will be notified by e-mail when it is ready.
Webpages will be
organized alphabetically for easier searching.
Browse through the pages I currently have and stay tuned.
Until this project is complete, the pages will continue to change as they evolve.
I'll keep you posted.
This is a new feature. Please let me know of problems, errors or ways to improve it.
