QUARTERLY MUSTER TOMORROW
NIGHT
Crowley Signal, January 9,
1917
Inspection
of Company B, L.N.G., will be made by Lieutenant Taylor
The
quarterly muster and inspection of Company B, L.N.G., will be held at the
armory over the First National Bank tomorrow night. Lieutenant Taylor of Troop
B, First Cavalry of Jennings, will be inspecting officer. Captain Ben Edmundson
requests that all members of the company attend the muster as it is probable
steps will be taken to recruit the organization up to its full strength.
When
Company B returned from the Mexican border last fall many members asked for and
were granted their discharge. Since then little has been done in the way of
recruiting and the roll has fallen below the number required for the
maintenance of a company. To get the company back to the strength it had before
the call to service last summer will be the effort of the officers, as unless
this done the company may be disbanded.
