Oldest Couple To Ever Marry in Prentiss County



MR. AND MRS. W. A. BRANN

The oldest couple to ever marry in Prentiss County is W. A. Brann, 85, and Mrs. Dora Milam, 83. They were united in marriage on November 17 at 10 a.m. in the Prentiss County Courthouse by Justice of the Peace Joe Davis. Mrs. Brann has 2 children by a former marriage. Mr. Brann's third wife died in April, 1963. He has no children. Mr. Braun has been a U. S. Deputy Marshal for 28 years, a position he still holds.
