Special guardian appointed for several minors. Names not listed.
I, Lucy Tyler of the Town of Conklin in the County of Broome State of New York being of sound mind and memory, blessed be Almighty God for the same, do make and publish this my last will and testament.
I give and bequeath to my sons James E. Tyler and Wm. D. Tyler my farm to be equally divided between the two after my debts are paid.
I give and bequeath to my sons Wm. D. Tyler and James E. Tyler what money I have in the Bank to be equally divided between the two after my debts are paid.
I give and bequeath to my granddaughter Mary E. Genung fifteen dollars.
I give and bequeath to my two girls Nancy E. Finch and Emma A. Disbrow and my granddaughter Mary E. Genung my furniture and bedding and clothes to be divided between them.
I give my stamp machine to my son Wm. S. Tyler.
I also give a bond and mortgage that I hold against Emma A. Disbrow to my two sons Wm. D. Tyler and James E. Tyler to be equally divided between them after paying a bank note they hold against me.
I do nominate and appoint my two sons to be the sole executrix of this my last will and testament.
I testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal in presence of the witnesses named below the seventeeth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty.
